Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly A majority of all the votes cast on the proposition for the sale, lease, or exchange of land under section 721.13 of the Revised Code shall be necessary to its ratification. When so ratified, the ordinance provided for in such section shall be effective, and the mayor shall proceed to execute a deed of conveyance or lease of the property as therein provided. In holding the special election, sections 133.01 to 133.65, inclusive, of the Revised Code apply.
