Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Money arising from a sale under section 721.16 of the Revised Code shall be deposited in the treasury of the municipal corporation, in the street cleaning fund, and shall be immediately available, in addition to the appropriations by the legislative authority of such municipal corporation, for the current expenses of the street cleaning department, and may be withdrawn from the treasury upon the warrant of the auditor or clerk of the municipal corporation for such purpose. Such money shall not be considered a source of revenue subject to appropriation by the legislative authority, and may be expended as provided by this section without having been appropriated by such legislative authority.
