Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Each application for the exchange of lots under section 721.18 of the Revised Code shall be by petition verified by the mayor. The board of education of the municipal corporation and such other persons as the court of common pleas orders shall be made party defendants. The petition shall set forth an accurate description of each lot proposed to be given or taken in exchange, the specific circumstances which render the exchange necessary, and a prayer for such order as is required.
