Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly A municipal corporation may, by ordinance, sell or lease any real property, suitable for school farms, upon which it has acquired, established, erected, or maintained or may acquire, establish, erect, or maintain correctional institutions, houses of refuge, or like institutions, together with any personal property suitable for school farms, to any board of education upon such lawful terms as are agreed to between the municipal corporation and the board of education.
