Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly A street or alley declared vacated under section 723.09 of the Revised Code, shall not be closed or obstructed until the damages assessed under section 723.11 of the Revised Code have been fully paid to the persons entitled to them.
