Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The legislative authority of a municipal corporation, upon the petition of thirty-five per cent of the electors in such municipal corporation, certified by the mayor thereof to the legislative authority, may, by ordinance, provided for sprinkling with water any part of the streets, avenues, squares, and public places within the municipal corporation in the manner provided by sections 723.18 to 723.20, inclusive, of the Revised Code.
