Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The treatment with road oil, calcium chloride, light coal tar products, light asphalt, or light bituminous substances as provided by section 723.23 of the Revised Code shall be regarded as a cleaning and repairing of streets and alleys, and the municipal corporation's portion of the cost thereof may be paid from any fund available for the cleaning and repairing of streets or alleys. When the roadways of a public park are ordered to be so treated, the cost thereof may be paid from any fund available for the care or maintenance of such parks.
