Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Any board of education may provide by private contract for sprinkling with water, or treatment with any of the substances mentioned in section 723.23 of the Revised Code, of the surface of any street abutting on school property, and pay for such work the same as other contingent expenses.
