Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly If the person, company, or corporation, owning, possessing, or operating a railway or bridge, neglects or fails to provide lighting in conformity with the ordinance under section 723.34 of the Revised Code for twenty days after notice under section 723.35 of the Revised Code, the legislative authority of the municipal corporation may immediately cause the lighting to be done at the expense of such person, company, or corporation.
