Effective: January 1, 1962 Latest Legislation: House Bill 262 - 104th General Assembly When a special assessment is levied under sections 727.01 to 727.49, inclusive, of the Revised Code, by the legislative authority of a municipal corporation for the reimproving of any street within the municipal corporation by paving, for the original paving of which a special assessment has previously been levied by ordinance of the municipal corporation within the last twenty years, such assessments for repaving shall not exceed fifty per cent of the cost of such repaving.
