Effective: January 1, 1962 Latest Legislation: House Bill 262 - 104th General Assembly The municipal corporation shall pay such part of the total cost of improvements for which special assessments are levied under sections 727.01 to 727.49, inclusive, of the Revised Code, as the legislative authority thereof deems just, which part shall not be less than one-fiftieth of the total cost of the improvement, and in addition thereto, the municipal corporation shall pay the cost of intersections, except as provided by section 727.06 of the Revised Code.
