Effective: January 1, 1962 Latest Legislation: House Bill 262 - 104th General Assembly The legislative authority shall consider any objections filed under section 727.46 of the Revised Code, and after such consideration may adopt the general plan with any amendments or corrections thereto which it believes proper. The general plan with any amendments or corrections and certified by the clerk of the legislative authority as the plan adopted, shall then be filed in the office of such clerk.
