Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The legislative authority of a municipal corporation may provide for the repair or reconstruction of any sewer, ditch, or drain and the proceedings for that purpose shall be the same, so far as applicable, as are required for the original construction thereof.
