Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 361 - 100th General Assembly The legislative authority of a municipal corporation, in accordance with Title VII of the Revised Code, may provide for the construction and maintenance of sewer pumping stations, equip them with necessary machinery and apparatus and provide the necessary buildings therefor.
