Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly A municipal corporation may purchase and hold land outside its limits, to be used as a sewerage farm, and may construct and maintain thereon all the necessary appliances for the proper disposal of the sewage of such municipal corporation, under such rules and regulations as are prescribed by the legislative authority thereof and approved by the department of health.
