Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The legislative authority of a city shall provide a seal for the city auditor, in the center of which shall be the name of the city, and around the margin the words 'City Auditor,' an impression of which seal shall be affixed to all transcripts, orders, certificates, or other papers requiring authentication.
