Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The mayor shall communicate to the legislative authority from time to time a statement of the finances of the municipal corporation, and such other information relating thereto and to the general condition of the affairs of such municipal corporation as he deems proper or as is required by the legislative authority.
