Effective: November 1, 1977 Latest Legislation: House Bill 219 - 112th General Assembly The city director of law shall pay to the city treasurer all moneys which come into his hands belonging to the city or by way of fines, forfeitures, costs, or otherwise, and take the treasurer's duplicate receipt therefor, one of which he shall file with the city auditor.
