Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The sealer of weights and measures of a municipal corporation shall be a competent person for the position, and shall receive a salary fixed by ordinance, to be paid by the municipal corporation, which salary shall be in lieu of all fees or charges.
