Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The director of public service may establish such subdepartment as is necessary and determine the number of superintendents, deputies, inspectors, engineers, harbor masters, clerks, laborers, and other persons necessary for the execution of the work and the performance of the duties of this subdepartment.
