Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Subject to the approval of the director of public service, the commission appointed under section 735.12 of the Revised Code may contract in the name of the city for and supervise the building and furnishing of a market house or public hall in connection therewith, and acquire the necessary lands for such purpose, by purchase or appropriation, in the name of the city. The commission shall adopt plans and specifications for erecting, building, and furnishing such market house or public hall.
