Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly When municipal corporations adjoin each other, the legislative authorities thereof may agree, in any manner they determine, upon the appointment of a joint commission for the purposes of sections 735.17 to 735.24, inclusive, of the Revised Code. Such commission, when appointed, shall have all the power over the territory of the municipal corporations described in the resolutions of the legislative authorities thereof that is given by such sections to a commissioner appointed by a single legislative authority.
