Effective: July 1, 1985 Latest Legislation: House Bill 201 - 116th General Assembly All fines imposed as discipline or punishment upon members of the fire department of a municipal corporation by the authority having charge or control thereof, the proceeds of all suits for penalties for the violation of state statutes and municipal ordinances with the execution of which such department is charged, license fees or other fees payable thereunder, and fees received by such municipal corporation for any services performed or inspections made by the fire department, except fees charged and received by the municipal corporation from other subdivisions for fire protection or fire fighting therein shall be credited to the general fund of the municipal corporation.
