Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly All fees, costs, fines, and penalties collected by the marshal shall immediately be paid to the mayor, who shall report to the legislative authority of the village monthly the amount thereof, from whom, and for what purpose collected, and when paid to the mayor.
