Effective: July 1, 1985 Latest Legislation: House Bill 201 - 116th General Assembly The treasurer of the municipal corporation shall be the custodian of the sanitary police pension fund and shall pay it out upon the proper order of the board of trustees thereof. The treasurer shall execute a bond in such sum and form as is satisfactory to the board, conditioned for the faithful performance of his duties with respect to the fund.
