Effective: July 1, 1985 Latest Legislation: House Bill 201 - 116th General Assembly The board of trustees of the sanitary police pension fund shall make all rules for the distribution of the fund, including the qualifications of those to whom any portion of the fund shall be paid and the amount thereof, but no rules shall be in force until approved by the board or officer having charge or control of the health department of the municipal corporation.
