Effective: November 2, 1999 Latest Legislation: House Bill 222 - 123rd General Assembly Each member of the fund, in computing years of service, shall be given credit for the service credit to which the member was entitled in a firemen's relief and pension fund, established pursuant to former section 521.02 or 741.02 of the Revised Code, or a police relief and pension fund, established pursuant to former section 741.32 of the Revised Code, on the date that the assets of the particular fund were transferred to the Ohio police and fire pension fund.
