Effective: July 23, 2002 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 134 - 124th General Assembly On receipt of written notice under division (B) of section 742.444 of the Revised Code of a member's termination of active service, the Ohio police and fire pension fund shall request from the employer verification of the member's termination date and any other information the fund determines necessary to calculate and pay a pension under that division. The verification of termination shall be filed in accordance with section 742.351 of the Revised Code.
