Effective: November 2, 1999 Latest Legislation: House Bill 222 - 123rd General Assembly Wherever in sections 742.01 to 742.61 of the Revised Code reference is made to the police officers' contribution fund, the firefighters' contribution fund, the police officer employers' contribution fund, the firefighter employers' contribution fund, the police officers' pension reserve fund, the firefighters' pension reserve fund, the guarantee fund, or the expense fund, such reference shall be construed to have been made to each as a separate legal entity. This section does not prevent the deposit or investment of all such moneys intermingled for such purpose, but such funds shall be separate and distinct legal entities for all other purposes.
