Effective: November 2, 1999 Latest Legislation: House Bill 222 - 123rd General Assembly The Ohio public safety officers death benefit fund is hereby created as the fund to which shall be credited contributions paid by the state and any moneys resulting from gifts made to the fund. The board of trustees of the Ohio police and fire pension fund shall be the trustees of the Ohio public safety officers death benefit fund. The board shall have the same powers as provided in section 742.10 of the Revised Code in administering the Ohio public safety officers death benefit fund.
