Effective: September 15, 2004 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 133 - 125th General Assembly (A) Whoever violates section 742.043 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars for each day of the violation.(B) Whoever violates division (B) of section 742.043 of the Revised Code shall be imprisoned for not more than six months or fined not more than five thousand dollars, or both.(C) Fines imposed by the Ohio elections commission under this section shall be paid into the Ohio elections commission fund created under section 3513.10 of the Revised Code.
