Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The municipal corporation shall take full charge and control of the mains and water pipes mentioned in sections 743.12 to 743.14, inclusive, of the Revised Code, keep them in repair at its own expense, and, in case of annexation to the municipal corporation of such territory, the municipal corporation shall pay a just compensation therefor and shall thereupon become the owner of them.
