Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Upon the annexation of one municipal corporation to another, the water works theretofore constructed by either shall thereby become the property of the united municipal corporation, and shall thereafter be managed by the director of public service of the city or the board of trustees of public affairs of the village to which such annexation is made.
