Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly If an ordinance granting an indeterminate permit provides for an appeal to or arbitration by the public utilities commission, the commission shall determine such appeal or arbitration according to the procedure, methods, and terms provided for in such ordinance. There shall be no judicial review of the actions of the commission upon such appeals or arbitration. Except as provided in this section and section 745.11 of the Revised Code, the law relating to appeals, complaints, or applications to the commission shall not apply to public utilities operating under indeterminate permits.
