Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The board of hospital commissioners shall not enter into any contract for work or materials for the erection of a hospital building, except as relates to procuring plans, drawings, specifications, and forms of bids, without first giving thirty days' notice in one or more newspapers of general circulation in the municipal corporation that sealed proposals will be received for doing the work or furnishing the materials.
