Effective: September 28, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 509 - 129th General Assembly The board of hospital trustees, before entering into any contract for the erection of a hospital building, or for the rebuilding or repair of a hospital building, the cost of which exceeds fifty thousand dollars, shall have plans, specifications, detailed drawings, and forms of bids prepared, and when adopted by the board it shall have them printed for distribution among the bidders.
