Effective: September 28, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 509 - 129th General Assembly The board of hospital trustees shall not enter into a contract for work or supplies where the estimated cost exceeds fifty thousand dollars, without first giving thirty days' notice in one newspaper of general circulation in the municipal corporation that sealed proposals will be received for doing the work or furnishing the materials and supplies.
