Effective: April 27, 2005 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 222 - 125th General Assembly The board of hospital trustees may employ such employees as are necessary for the execution of its duties and fix their compensation. Any of such persons may be removed by the board at any time. The board may provide to its employees such of the benefits, awards, and staff development programs listed in section 749.082 of the Revised Code as the board determines to be customary and usual in the nonprofit hospital field in its community.
