Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly On the first Monday in January of each year, the board of hospital trustees shall make a report to the legislative authority of the municipal corporation of its proceedings, with a detailed statement of its receipts and expenditures during the year. The board shall also, at the proper time, submit to the legislative authority a detailed estimate of the amount necessary to maintain and improve such hospital for the ensuing year.
