Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The director of public safety may employ or authorize any person to see that the conditions of a parole are not violated, and in case of violation to return to the workhouse any prisoner so violating his parole. The time between the violation of the conditions of such parole, or conditional release by whatever name, as entered by order of such director on the records of the workhouse, and the reimprisonment or return of the prisoner, shall not be counted as any part or portion of time served under his sentence.
