Effective: July 6, 1982 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 23 - 114th General Assembly Each administrative board or other authority in the state having charge or control of a city jail or workhouse shall provide for holding religious services therein each week, and may employ a clergyman or religious organization to conduct such services. Any expense so incurred by such board or authority shall be paid from the general fund of the city.
