Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly All disbursements of money by the board of park commissioners shall be made by the city treasurer upon warrants drawn by the city auditor, and no warrant shall be drawn by the auditor or paid by the treasurer unless it is approved and attested by the signatures, in their own handwriting, of the president and secretary of the board.
