Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly All moneys received by the city from taxation or otherwise for the purpose of acquiring, constructing, equipping, and maintaining parks, park entrances, parkways, boulevards, connecting viaducts, subways, children's playgrounds, and public baths, and stations of public comfort located in such parks, shall be deposited in the city treasury and transferred by warrants on the city auditor to the credit of the board of park commissioners in a fund designated as 'the park fund.' All expenditures incurred by such board shall be by warrant of the city auditor drawn in pursuance of the regularly authorized attested voucher of the board.
