Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The board of park trustees shall not incur any liability for park purposes beyond the amount of the funds levied therefor or appropriated to its order by the legislative authority of the municipal corporation for such purposes.
