Effective: September 28, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 509 - 129th General Assembly The board of park trustees shall not enter into any contract for work or supplies, where the estimated cost thereof exceeds fifty thousand dollars, without first giving thirty days' notice in one newspaper of general circulation in the municipal corporation that sealed proposals may be received for doing the work or furnishing such materials and supplies.
