Effective: August 1, 1980 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 157 - 113th General Assembly Each bid for a contract for the construction, demolition, alteration, repair, or reconstruction of an improvement to be performed for the board of park trustees shall meet the requirements of section 153.54 of the Revised Code. Each bid concerning other work to be performed for the board of park trustees shall be accompanied by a bond, signed by sufficient security, for the acceptance of the contract if awarded by the board.
