Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly When, in his judgment , an enlargement of any burial or cemetery grounds becomes necessary, or grounds for additional cemeteries should be provided, the director of public service shall report such fact to the legislative authority of the city, and recommend such action as he deems most expedient.
