Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly In case of vacancy in the board of cemetery trustees in any village appointed as provided in section 759.20 of the Revised Code by reason of death, disability, or removal from office of a member, the mayor shall appoint a member to fill such vacancy. An appointment to fill a vacancy shall be made at the first meeting of the legislative authority of the village after such vacancy has been brought to the attention of the mayor and the legislative authority.
