Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The mayor of a village in which there is a board of cemetery trustees appointed under section 759.20 of the Revised Code may remove from office any member of such board for misconduct, neglect of duty, or malfeasance in office.
