Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The rights and titles of lot owners, purchased prior to the sale and conveyance under section 759.42 of the Revised Code, shall not be questioned, and such lot owners shall continue to hold and occupy their lots, under such rules and regulations as are adopted for the government and regulation of the cemetery by the authorities making the purchase.
